Combination Creole Gumbo was great. Better than any restaurant gumbo I had while living in New Orleans 2021-22. I gave this restaurant two tries, the first time I ordered the Étouffée and the greens. The greens were done well, nothing special, but good nonetheless. The Étouffée on the other hand was inedible. Pasty is the best descriptor, tasted like a bowl of pasty refried beans, no seasoning, and honestly a bit fishy smelling. I tried again, getting the popular jambalaya.
