The best pizza in Indy!!! My wife found Frankie's via the Indy eats Instagram thread. So we tried it tonight. We ordered a small salami chop salad and a large Frankie's pizza. It was ready in 15 minutes and was the best salad and pizza combo we've had in our 14+ years of living in Indy. What Sarah H doesn't like about Frankie's Pizza Parlor:
The pizza was bland (definitely not New York style) and there was a surprise 15% charge added BEFORE tax and tip. I didn't find out about it until I looked closer at my receipt. This isn't on the menu anywhere (see photo), and they still ask for additional tip on the checkout screen. I get wanting to pay your employees more, and I support paying them more, but please at least be up front about the added charge or bui... View all feedback.

The restaurant is accessible and can therefore also be used with a wheelchair or physiological disabilities, and you can pay the bill with the usual credit cards.
