Petite Chou Bistro Champagne

To be honest we usually love having dinner here and have dozens and dozens of times. Last night the server was kind of rude. Not very friendly. Three of us ordered the mussels and my husband's didn't have any broth in his. Also his frites container was less than half full. It was odd. Like no one was checking the plates coming out of the kitchen. Also the mussels were over cooked and mushy. Usually they are cooked perfectly. It was a disappointment.

The host went above and beyond seating us in the inner room. Staff was excellent; attentive but not omnipresent. I left a bag with some items near my seat. It would not have been terrible if it had been thrown away. When I went by the next morning, the staff was immediately able to bring me the bag. This was wonderful. I would highly recommend Petite Chou for an evening of enjoyment and celebration.

Adorable place, friendly staff. Service was a bit slow due to a larger party finishing up. My husband had the beet burger and said it was good. I had the kid’s grilled cheese, which was just the right size.

The food was delicious and the ambiance is lovely. Our server was attentive without hovering. Always available when we needed her and great at anticipating our needs. Half price bottle of wine night was great. The duck was amazing, as was the chicken. Delicious French onion soup and cacio e pepe fries!!!

Very attentive serving staff! The French onion grilled cheese with fries was terrific and a reasonable portion for lunch (plus lots of fries). The outside area was still enclosed, but it is enclosed with clear plastic (I think) so you still get the outside ambience.I also had the beehive latte which was great too.Id happily return!
