Steak 'n Shake - Feedback

What Stanley Quayle likes about Steak 'n Shake:
I really enjoy the Frisco Melt at this restaurant. The fries were hot and delicious. I was disappointed when I found out they were out of onion rings - it would have been helpful to know that before ordering at the kiosk. The atmosphere is lacking and it was uncomfortably cold inside. Additionally, most of the tables were dirty - it seems like they're not being wiped down by the staff. View all feedback. The woman who delivered my shakes didn't come to the counter, she just took my name and left. I wanted to ask for a drink carrier but she was already gone. My food wasn't ready so I had to wait for that. I waited over 10 minutes and finally someone put my food on the counter. They apologized for marking it off, thinking it was for delivery.
