The Original Noble Roman's - Feedback

What Makyla Croom doesn't like about The Original Noble Roman's:
1st time here in over a decade. Decided to go here because it was convenient for myself kids. Loved the Salad Bar breadsticks very delicious. Although the pizza we received was NOT done. It fell completely apart when I picked it up and it tasted like dough. I spoke with a manager and asked how long do they cook the pizza. He says about 10-12mins and I replied I think it should be cooked longer to be considered done. He followed with I could’ve asked for well done and I responded that wasn’t an option given to me from the young lady who took my order. Anyways the manager handled the situation VERY WELL and gave me a refund and apologized. I greatly appreciate that and will give them another shot and ask for a WELL DONE PIZZA. Love this Noble Romans. I've been going here for years and the food is always hot and fresh and the salad bar has a wide variety of toppings. Employees are nice and always greet you with a smile. View all feedback.
