What User likes about Zoup!:
My first time going here and I will be returning. Spicy chicken and broccoli broth bowl was great!!!! My son loved the Lobster Bisque soup. Great customer service from the manager or at least I think she was the manager...she displayed great leadership qualities while assisting me with my selections. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Zoup!:
disappoint. I love zoup! and regularly go to the middleburgh and Solon sites. but this one told me that on Saturday they don't make any broth bowls. I had already paid and ordered it in the app. I showed them this and they refused to pay me back. I will not be back to this place. View all feedback.
