"Really nice experience. Their ramen has thick nice broth which is wayyyy better than plain-like-water noodles soup you often find for veg/vegan diners. With one minor feedback, would be great to replace sweet yam for other more authentic ingredients, such as shiitake, as toppings. Sweet yam tasted great, just not commonly combined with ramen."
