pretty good try to introduce vegan options into a traditional Italian restaurant. the service is not particularly beautiful, but the courts themselves put a flat slightly over correct. Vegan options are prepared a bit too much as from a textbook and the substitutes are not of the highest quality, but the solutions proposed by gli italiani should be appreciated anyway.
