decor was really nice, chairs were comfortable and the staff was top notch. I had outside for the starter (you can get it nowhere else and lamm tikka tandoori for pornstar. both were very tasty, but they don't get much for what they pay regarding the lamb ktikka. in general something overpriced for everything. Easy to get a walk in table on Friday or Sat night and after eating there recently I understand why. A limited menu but the food is still poor. Almost tastes like it’s from a jar with a quick stir through. Two different Mains tasted almost identical. Pilau rice was boiled rice with a bit of food colouring poured over. Visited early on a Saturday and enjoyed fantastic food and excellent friendly prompt service . The music was great too !
Fantastic meal at Memsaab. Service was impeccable and very thoughtful. The food was delicious (tried tikka and onion bhaji, butter chicken and lamb rogan josh and brownie and gulab Jamba). One rice and naan between two was perfect to share. Really good quality worth a more premium price. Venue was styled elegantly but quiet for a Friday night so clearly a hidden gem. We had a last minute family gathering and the food and service were excellent. One of our group is a regular customer so that might have played a part, but I could tell that the service is generally very good. I ordered the Prawn Jalfrezi and it was delicious.
I first decided to order from this restaurant after learning that their entire menu is gluten free. I have been ordering from them regularly ever since. While I typically stick to my usual order of chicken tikka masala and can't comment on the full menu, I can say that their curry is always satisfying and I would recommend it for those with celiac disease.
My partner and I have ordered takeout from Mem Saab several times now because we can't resist their delicious, non-greasy curries. The flavors are always beautiful and the food is hot and freshly cooked. Each time we order, the curries have a slightly different taste, which we love because it shows how fresh the ingredients are and adds variety. The staff at Mem Saab are always super friendly and helpful, and they even remember our order, which is fantastic customer service in my opinion. The cheesy garlic bread is a must-try if you like indulging in a bit of naughtiness with your naan bread. We never feel guilty about indulging in a Mem Saab curry at least once a month because it never feels greasy or fatty.
