I’m on the hunt for a vegan cheesesteak that can compete with the one from Philadelphia's Basic 4, which I’m really going to miss! The one I tried was quite tasty, though. The key lime cake was an unnatural shade of green, the cake itself had a gummy texture, and the frosting resembled a hard, dry sheet draped over it. The vegan mac and cheese was dry, lacked any cheesy flavor, had a strange odor, and contained odd brown spots throughout.
