we celebrated our birthdays with the family. del mar takes Spanish food over excellent. each court exceeded expectations. the service was above the top and since we celebrated birthday, the employees placed us in a private space with a great view of the national wharf. I have followed fabio since its days in maestro and its kitchen seems to set new standards. View all feedback.

I'm not sure if they were understaffed, but service was very slow. It took 20 minutes to get our sangria. Our server suggested some bread while we waited for our paella,which would take 30 minutes, but the bread came a minute before the paella.
