So. Good. Today was our third time eating here and just thinking about the flavors makes my mouth water. The Carolina On My Mind is to die for- piled high with pulled pork with slaw and crunchy pork rinds on a fresh bun? The bbq beans are pure heaven with the right balance of spicy and sweet. Average barbecue experience, though my expectations are elevated having tasted St. Louis style and Texas BBQ. I sampled the burnt ends and jalapeño sausage alongside green beans. The burnt ends leaned toward dryness, lacking the anticipated fattiness. The jalapeño sausage was rather ordinary, not particularly impressive.
