there's a chinese that pulls out every other block. why not disregard extremes. Just go to another one I've often ordered.
I have lived in 4 states, 8 cities in the last 2 years and have eaten in many restaurants, bars and diners. that can be the place for the worst.
How do they take the sour from hot and acidic suppe? I don't know, but hunan strip boat does. it tastes like hot and greasy suppe. yuk! the.
