There’s a 90min time limit which is fine. With 30mins left the served decided to we could only order one more meat. We told him of the 30mins left and told him that that is plenty of time but he didn’t seem to comprehend what myself and a friend were telling him. Brisket, top blade were decent. The bougogi was ok.
