What Mike Waibel doesn't like about Joy Luck House:
Food was great. Best Kung Pao chicken I’ve had in years. Not much for atmosphere or service but food came fast, was good and hot. Serving size was more than enough and provided for another meal. China Town in D.C. is a little shady but there were lots of people around in the early evening so no problems. View all feedback.

The tofu with vegetables is delicious! Also loved the egg drop soup and lo mein. The scallion pancakes were tasty but a bit too oily for me.
