Ocopa - Washington

What User likes about Ocopa:
I really enjoyed this place! the garden area is super sweet and cozy. the food was so good and the owner personally went out of his way to make it a special brunch for my friend who is birthday we celebrated. I've read some reviews that indicate the small portions, but they had the right thing for me. I'm going back to the finals. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Ocopa:
eating was fantastic...only on the bottom was that we decided to have the bottomless moimosa brunch $20 a pop) and they ran out champagner after a few rounds there were 4 of us dining room). had made a little more sense when the place was packed, but there were only 1 other table on the terrace for brunch. the server made up with a few cocktails, but it was a little strange to let them run from champagne when they of...
