My mother and I took a quick trip to DC and I wanted to find a restaurant with a great atmosphere but also quiet enough for us to chat. The Peacock Cafe was absolutely perfect in every way! The staff was very friendly, and my grilled halibut was delicious. My daughter enjoyed a tasty mushroom risotto, and we finished our meal with the mouth-watering chocolate lava cake.
