"My favorite location in the Milwaukee area. Great location, close to other shopping, easy to get to. Great service, rare that our order has been messed up. The 1 time my burger was wrong they remade it right away and were great about fixing it. It can be crowded in the restaurant, but they have a pretty fast turn over for the tables. If not most other customers are good about sharing the large tables. In the photos is the bacon and cheese hot dog, hamburger (2 1/4 lb patties), large fry and another hamburger w/ a bunch of the topping options."

"Today someone posted in Milwaukee Foodie about The Chocolate Factory and it reminded me of how good their subs were when I went to the one that used to be on the east side. A lot of people mentioned this location was very good. Inspired, my husband and I came here and it did not disappoint. He had never had one before and said this sub just made his top MKE sub list. "I just had a bad experience with this place. I only have so much time in my break. everything I ordered in the app was a big Dr. Peffer and three cookies. After 15 minutes waiting for such a small order, I only went on to say that they did not my order (even if it was filed and I was charged). bulle. obviously someone has clicked off the order as they were completely and did not want to own it. So they gave me the soda and after like five minutes I said, forget this place and left without the cookies I paid 20 minutes earlier so that I could get back to work without being too late. I have filed a complaint and if they don't really do it, I'll never be back to this place."
