A delight of a place with kind and considerate workers. Very conscious of multiple allergens including peanut and gluten. Their gluten free pita, while a bit expensive, is DELICIOUS and filling! I got the yero in a GF pitta and when I arrived the lady clarified and made sure I knew the yero meat was not gluten free. I’ve a minor allergy so it was alright but it struck me that she’d take the time to make sure I unders... View all feedback.

in dupont circle there are a few places for falafel and hummus zorba’s is a good old school that has taken her place as a decent choice. the decor is older, but they get what they pay in the food. eating is satisfying and comfortable on the menu for nutritional needs - w for vegetarian and df for the milk free, so they both need as a vegan. suppen, salate and dips will be their smorgasbord here! white bores, kicherer... Absolutely one of the most delicious food I have ever eaten. Fresh and full of flavorLoved it ! Felt like a stuffed turkey after this place lol ?
I do understand why this place has 4 stars. The food was tasteless, burnt, and not authentic Greek to be quite honest. Everything else was average at its absolute best. There are better Greek restaurants in town, although as a native NYer, I can safely say DC does not seem to be a bastion of Mediterranean cuisine to begin with.
I went to DC with a friend. We had met 9 weeks earlier as we spent the summer working at a summer camp. This was the first meal we had together outwith camp and it was amazing- So good we went 3 nights in a row.The staff were also so helpful and the food was some of the best Greek we've had. The hummus and pita is a must!!! This place now means alot to us both and I know we'll always remember the meals we had here.
The best baklava I've ever had by a mile. It is so good it may just be one of the best deserts I've ever had. Oh yeah, they serve other food as well. I haven't had a single dish I didn't like. Anything lamb is great. Greek pizzas are solid. Dips are great. The serving to price ratio puts Zorba's into expensive territory, but it would be a stretch to say it's not worth it. Ample outdoor and indoor seating. Inside has lots of pictures of Greece and an overall cool vibe. You have to order in the back, at the kitchen, but you get your food quickly. There is a reason this is a popular local spot.
