Over the past 40 years I have eaten in the several restaurants that have occupied that building. I must say that this is the best restaurant to operate in 1039 31st St. The ambiance, the menu, and the attentiveness of the staff made for an absolutely wonderful experience. I would recommend Chez Billy Sud to everyone I know who cares about having a dining experience. View all feedback.
