On top of the classics--all sorts of martinis, old fashioneds, and gimlets--I've experienced great cocktail innovation here. Spinning on their top-in-the-District Penicillin, they make excellent mescal and bourbon/whiskey variations; their South- and East-side gin gimlets are fantastic and minty fresh; and they look to have one of the best bourbon selections I've seen in DC in a while.
