On top of the classics--all sorts of martinis, old fashioneds, and gimlets--I've experienced great cocktail innovation here. Spinning on their top-in-the-District Penicillin, they make excellent mescal and bourbon/whiskey variations; their South- and East-side gin gimlets are fantastic and minty fresh; and they look to have one of the best bourbon selections I've seen in DC in a while. Charged me 17 dollars for a drink then charged my card and 10 dollars 3 days after I was there. Could’ve said something about a tip instead of stealing from me View all feedback.
Amazing cocktails for a good price (IF you are comparing to similar brand liquors and mixing notice they cool some glasses with dry ice they're big on drink science). Atmosphere is good too, from the old hardware items from the original store, to the guy at the door checking IDs talking to locals.
Good bartenders, good drinks, good atmosphere, and pool downstairs. Just go there now.
Amazing cocktails, awesome wines by the glass and a great vibe. Love having them in the neighborhood.
Hands down my new favorite bar in DC. Great vibe. Bartenders are terrific. Oh yeah, and the cocktails are fantastic too.
