The bar staff is friendly and welcoming, offering good service. However, the lack of Sunday football specials may have lost them some customers. Overall, Kitty O'Sheas is a great local spot for a few drinks and a good time.
I highly recommend checking out their Groupon deal. I'm a big fan of this place. It may not be fancy, but it has a nice charm to it. It's a cozy, casual, laid-back spot where you can relax and enjoy some delicious food in a friendly, local atmosphere.

I stumbled upon Kitty O'Sheas after trying to watch Sunday football at Tenleytown Bar and Grill, only to find out they no longer offer Sunday ticket specials and have lost their football customers.
I grew up in DC but now live in Philly. This is a true dive bar in DC, a dying bread. Always has good service and stiff drinks (at a decent price). All and all, i would definitely reccommend.
I love this bar. Nothing shouts good times good people and great service more than kitty o sheas. Not great for a large food selection but a great place for a couple drinks. I recommend this place highly
