"While the other three diners were satisfied with their eating, I was not. the rabbit roulade and the duck breast lubricated as if the dishes stayed too long under a heat lamp and were dry. while I like endive, this cooking method is completely ridiculous. "Lovely dinner. May be the best French Onion soup that I have eating. The baked oyster were also very nice, as were our entrees of duck and venison. My husband was very happy with this apple tart dessert. My only criticism was that my Grand Marnier soufflé was lacking in flavor with just a strong “egg” taste. We will return, but next time I will try the chocolate or raspberry soufflé."
