Oh my, p&p is such a gem!! The perfect balance of excellent food, service, and ambiance. My husband threw me a bday party here and they have exceeded everything I could ever imagine. The team’s attention to detail was chefs kiss. Frankly, we have high standards and not easily pleased. Thank you p&p team for my making my bday extra fancy!! As a former sous chef at another 2 Michelin restaurant in NY, the food was disappointing and dear I say amateurish. The caviar on the beggars purse was mushy and not high quality. The sauce on the American Wagyu brisket from Oklahoma was too heavy and oversalted. The cornbread takoyaki was horribly executed.
