"It's stylish, classy, and always has an authentic Italian feel and welcome. Love going to Franco's, and there is always a warm greeting and hospitality from the owner and his staff. Food is always stunning, I can recommend the goats' cheese to start and the Risotto Haddock both exceptional. Added a bonus free Tirumisu for the birthday girl. Def recommend.....but book in advance. "I cannot complain about the product, wonderful food…..but…..on two occasions I have used the app. 1st occasion they gave me the wrong order and realised this once home. I phoned and had to drive back to get amended order. 2nd occasion there was a delay in their receiving the order on their machine. Even though I showed them the email they would not give me the order nor refund me. Was told I had no choice but so wait. Customer always right…????"
