It's rare to come across a Dunkin these days that is fully staffed, friendly, and comptetent, this one was. Our egg and cheese on sourdough were great and at check out they even offered us a free drink that they had made in error. View all feedback.

Gone downhill the last 3 months. Getting incorrect items is becoming more frequent. Twice in a week for basic coffee and bagel order is super frustrating. The app does allow you to place the complaint. Received a full refund through the app for one of those incorrect orders. Appeased me with points for the other mess up. Check your stuff before leaving the parking lot. View all feedback.
The personnel here is great. Polite, attentive and always looking up. It's a refreshing change. Keep up the good work!
