"Our second visit to Stowe and our son made a special request to return to BP. Our favorites are the cheddar jalapeño pancakes (with maple syrup and hollandaise) are amazing! Acai bowl so good. Our other favorite is the home fires with cheddar and ham. Our best meal in Stowe this trip by far."

"They're testing out their tours again after being closed because of COVID. I'd say the tour wasn't particularly worth it for the price, but the gift shop was nice to get some souvenirs. Everyone working was friendly and helpful, though. I appreciated the puns. The tour has a video, a small sample of cookie dough, an overview of the manufacturing line, and a small sample of ice cream. Save your $6+ fees for a whole ice cream scoop at their scoop shop instead. If you've never seen any factory before this could be worth it. I've seen plenty of factory tours and actually worked in a food manufacturing plant before so I thought this tour was a miss. Their flavor graveyard is funny (absolutely shocked Georgia Peach wasn't more popular) and they have a great playground for kids."

"This place is great! We had an excellent meal and the setting is beautiful. The best we?ve had in Vermont. I could eat the mushroom toast with bacon and poached egg everyday."

"We were in Waterbury and wanted to try something nearby. We decided to try Prohibition Pig (very strange name I must admit). The main reason I went to this place is because I saw they serve pork ribs and I wanted to try this for a change. The place was pretty busy during our visit, but we were served quickly. For drinks I tried her German beer (forgot the name) but it tasted great. I ordered half a rib. It was just right for me, though I was hungry. My son ordered poutins, which was also delicious, but the portion size was too much for him. He couldn't finish it and ended packing the rest to take away. For good beer (and drinks) plus good food, this is highly recommended."

"Closes early. Super nice staff often lets me come. Smoothies aren't great. Coffee is very good. Scones Muffins and pastries are recommended. Did I say the staff is nice and playful? Bring your own cup for a light discount and save the planet. Good value"

"Pre-Covid, this was our family go-to but with post-Covid updates (including removal of the air hockey table), it's lost a bit of its charm. Still great food drinks, but not quite the same family experience it once was."
