"My husband and I went to Timo’s during our day trip to Sitges. The whole thing was a fantastic experience from front to finish. In places like Stiges, that are heavily touristic, you never what you’re going to find, but this was great. The employees were local and the goal of the restaurant was to provide a nice experience and good food. We had great conversation between us and with our waiter, and the food was beyond great. Since we were ordering as we went along, at some point the dishes were chosen for us. And each dish brought out hit the nail on the head. This was a memorable experience and also at reasonable prices. This place is a true 10/10."

"I love the fragrances you are greeted with when you go into the door!! This restaurant is ideal for Spanish comfort food. I find that the customer area and the work space are always very clean and tidy. Every time I visit this place is busy, but they keep the customers moving. Parking on the street can sometimes be difficult with the busy crossing nearby. I usually get the roasted chicken or the pig over yellow rice with beans. This is the best place in Waterbury in my opinion."

"Pricey place, but very tasty food depending on what you order. My friends had the large lasagana slice and spaghetti carbonara. Those were decent but not my favorite. The carbonara was the better of the two. However, my Rigatoni Scarpiello was da bomb! The red sauce in that dish was so tasty. I'm glad I went with this dish. The meatballs were very good and tender. And the garlic breadsticks well, I could have eaten a whole pan of those ; Really good meal."
