What User likes about Highland Garden:
Prices are low and food quality has increased over time. I ordered several times, Shrimp Fried Rice, pepper steak and onions, General TSO Chicken, egg rolls, dumplings, etc... and so far they were pretty good. I personally enjoyed their General TSO Chicken, which compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area that I found is the best (Personal tip when you ask General TSO Chicken to make them Crispy, it makes a bi... What User doesn't like about Highland Garden:
Orders sweet and sour chicken with rice and egg roll.. The chicken was.dry and the coating was only slightly better than lightweight cardboard. The eggroll was in the same flavor profile.
