Louie's has always been that neighborhood pizza spot that locals in Waterbury have always known. I remember grabbing a slice coming off the city bus on my way to work. Listen this place is very mom and pops designed. It's family owned for years by a wonderful Greek couple! And what's even better is staff have also worked there for years. pizza taste is okay, but I have a complain. when they order a cake, they put it on the rack to not mention that they are getting tickets too much. they speak too long to cook and they do not use gloves that they use their naked hands with their pizza. not to mention that they are in the regular hair in their pizza because they do not use hair nets. disgusting if you want, but watch.
