On my week long stay in sunny Waterford, I thought I'd continue my search for epicurian delights at Thai Sa-art on the basis of it being one the only places left to eat that didn't have all it's dishes in a bain-marie or a deep fried menu.It has a couple of tables but really, you wouldn't want to eat in.
