I was expecting a lot of the brisket from the other reviews. It was just ok. I should qualify though, I like my brisket naked (without sauce) so I really enjoy a spicy, textured brisket. This wasn't that but it wasn't bad by any means just not my style. The cornbread was the standout in the combo. It was perfect cornbread. It was a little moist, tasty, and well textured.
