The waitress Izabela was so friendly and fun and very attentive! She had great menu suggestions for us and when our ice tea and water got low she was right there to offer us refills. The food was really tasty too! This was my first time there and I was really surprised how good the food was for such a big name restaurant. Thank you for an awesome lunch!

I have never seen so many parents and small kids in a restaurant before. The kiddies and infants were all well-behaved. I am guessing that many parents that work at Electric Boat's giant shipyard dinner here with other families. The vibe is enjoyable because the place is jammed with people who are happy to be get out and have someone else cook the meal. This is a place to afford a decent steak that costs less than a new Porsche. The food is reasonably priced and okay, although the preparation will vary by who is the line cook that night. Don't oder the salmon or asparagus, BTW. The faux western decor is obviously wrong, but, it works! We liked it!

Decided last minute to go to long horn steak house (first time ever eating at one) and also glad that we did! We tried Texas road house and the wait for a table was an hour and a half. We realized it's Valentine's day weekend and it may be hard to find a table at any restaurant. We came to long horn was told the wait the was a half hour and we were seated within 5 minutes! We have a little one so we were happy to be seated so fast! Our server than came promptly was very attentive, polite, and made sure we always had what we needed and that everything was ok. It was extremely busy and she never missed a beat. I looked around while eating and noticed just HOW busy it was and how hard all the workers were working and how efficient they were. Just want to compliment the staff there I was amazed at how fast their service was without taking away from customer service it was all a great experience and we thank you for your hard work! Keep it up! My expectations were blown out of the water in the best way!!!

We stop here often on our way back from Rhode Island. I usually get the chicken strip dinner. For 13.99 you get fresh hot bread, a crispy fresh caesar salad, a baked potato and crunchy delicious chicken strip. My son always opts for the steak and fries and it is always cooked perfectly medium. The wait staff is attentive and friendly and the manager always checks on the guests. I highly recommend for quality and value!
