Nothing special. Ok little bar but smoking in the bar makes it not desirable for us.
Sooo stinky in there! Could barely make it through one beer. Had to get outside to breath.One star is being generous

"My family showed up shortly after 6:00 on Saturday night. We were told that the waiting period was 20 min, although the place was busy, we sat within 10 minutes. Our service was great! We tried the ribs chicken special and the meat fell directly from the bone. All right! My son had the burger of the child and it was a great size and price. I ordered the burrito and I picked chickens as meat. I was not a fan of their sauce they use with it, and I am usually far from a picky eater. (To be fair, it was really different and I'm sure some people like it.. Maybe.. just not me)The server came to check and quickly helped me select another option. A man came by to ask me about my experience and was very apologetic. He offered me a gift card and came back with my new plate of food. Then another gentleman who I suspect was the owner came and asked me about my food. I really felt like they took care of my experience, and for me they formed for my first bad dish. I'm blown away. Crossing is very clean and the decor is enchanting. I'm definitely back. You had me with your chips and guac."

"Done with this place. Came back to this location after a few months hiatus. Last time I was here I had a bad experience. Ordered a kids quesadilla and the guy who made it dropped it and was ready to serve it. Sorry pal but the 3 sec rule only applies if you drop food at home. ? In addition they weren't wearing gloves when they were using chemicals to clean the tortilla warmer then serving food with bare hands. I did say something to an employee about this. She corrected it by making a new quesadilla and wearing gloves.This time out of convenience and time, I decided to stop by. I ordered take out. Here is what I found in my food. ? I'm officially done. Never going back to this location regardless of convenience. They obviously don't clean there. I'm not sure what time of bug this is but he was very attached to my plastic container. I hope it's not a roach. ?? BTW chips were stale too."

"We arrived shortly after 4 pm, which at that time the business was just opened. Which was to my surprise that this establishment doesn't do lunch. Anyway, the interior was inviting, clean, and had nice music. We were greeted by an old seemingly intoxicated person only to whom I can only guess was the manager or owner. We were seated and we ordered our drinks and order. We got the appetizer sampler and tour of Italy (lasagna, Alfredo, and ravioli). The appetizer sampler was fried mushrooms, fried eggplant, fried cauliflower, and onion rings. The mushrooms and eggplant were both tasted old, and the eggplant was mushy. The breading on any of the above had very little texture not what I had expected. The tour of Italy was almost as equally disappointing where the ravioli was both cold, watery, and looked if it was frozen pre-made. The lasagna was dried out, very little sauce, and just tasted old. The fettuccine Alfredo however was rather delightful and we enjoyed that quite a bit. The side soup potato with ham and bacon was delicious as well, despite not being able to see or taste any bacon. The meal came to $70 with tip for two people. Overall, price to quality of food was sub-par unfortunately. If I am to return, I will get the Alfredo. Parking: Street parking was limited."
