This is my favorite place to go in Waterloo. The people are friendly, fast and caring. They refill your drinks always and make sure the food is hot. The selection is wide and full of variety. My favorite is the coconut shrimp. My only complaint is that the ice cream bin could be improved. Sometimes freezer burnt and often the flavors are mixed. UGH! Stay away! This place is dirty, it needs a good cleaning! Unbeknownst to me before we ate there, they've had previous serious health dept violations in the past.
