McDonald's - Waterloo

The service at this restaurant is exceptional. Despite being a McDonald's, every time I place an order online through the app, they consistently exceed my expectations. They provide extra sauce, napkins, and ensure that the buns are steamed.

Very slow McDonalds. Consistently so. Not sure what they don't get right. e.g. took 15 minutes to pour a frozen coke for me tonight.

We ordered McDonalds delivery last night from this location. We specifically ordered food that had the monopoly tickets. Come to find when it was delivered and we opened the bag the tickets had already been completely taken off. One was left behind and half peeled off already. but when we went to scan it it was already used. Extremely disappointed and in shock especially after spending nearly 50 dollars for everything. Can't say that I will be getting delivery from this location again.

This is your average Macca's with the standard menu and a good McCafe. Plenty of on site parking and the restaurant is quite well maintained.

Love this maccas. Great staff and the best Big Mac in Sydney. Can be busy after a boozy night but the best Big Mac I have had is here.
