Nem Kitchen has moved into an already set up restaurant, it's all the same fixtures and fittings of the previous restaurant (which was fantastic). I'm not sure how they seemed to have messed it up. With little touches they could make it great. Give your customers napkins instead of a box of kleenex on the table.
