After reading the mostly mixed reviews I didn 't have high expectations in my first visit to Zambrero. I wanted to give it a try anyway mostly because they had pretty good vegan options. I got the small vegan IQ burrito with cauliflower (added vegan sour cream and cheese . I actually quite liked it! It tasted pretty fresh and healthy.
