"There is always something very special, at least to me, of finding myself in a Levantine family owned restaurant. The warmth of the welcome is always palpable and the concern for your enjoyment is sincere. The lentil soup is excellent, the kibbeh are just what...you want them to be, the hummus is thick and tangy, the tabbouleh has no bulgar filler at all, just bright and green, the rice is fluffy and long and the shawarma tastes of the grill and careful seasoning.
