We had to send back the 7oz top sirloin $11.00) because it was well-done, not medium rare as ordered. The replacement was perfectly cooked. That being said the others at our table were almost finished their meals before the replacement steak arrived. The server was professional and apologetic. A visit by the manager would have been nice. While eating a pandemic was quite interesting, they did not allow many customers to be in the restaurant, but they all set us in a row instead of spreading to the restaurant.
