I have frequented a few Kelseys in my day, but mainly in the GTA (Toronto) areas. This restaurant is in my new home town, of Waterloo, surpassed any other mediocre thoughts I have had about Kelseys I'm quite delighted to be coming back very soon. View all feedback.

Ordered the chicken strips and they looked awful and they were seriously dry, had to dunk it in the sauce from start to finish.
