What User doesn't like about Kfc:
Decided to stop for a quick burrito on my way home from work. I was second I line and all I ordered was a burrito supreme combo with a Dr. Pepper. False advertising. We went to 391 weber st north. The customer service was awful and they refused to honor the order I placed for this promotion. With respect to food it was poor quality. The burger had rotting lettuce and barely any mayo. Better to not spend money here. Customer service is awful and they don't give a damn. Suprised KFC allows locations like this.
Don’t usually post reviews but I’m still peeved about yesterday. Placed an order, but missed the buzzer for the delivery driver. That’s my fault, obviously. Why I’m upset is that when this happens you are directed to call the store, but when I called the store nobody answered (as usual).Sometimes it gets busy, I get it. The final straw is that their voicemail is always full.Leaving your store voicemail full seems to me like a cheap cop out for not wanting to deal with customer issues. I would have been more than happy to come get the order myself, but not being able to confirm with an employee first or even have them call me back is a terrible way to run a branch, so I hope whichever employee got to eat that order appreciated the free dinner.This is the second time I’ve lost an order to this branch from using their in house delivery and will never use it again. I will stick to food couriers. At least they leave the order if you don’t answer. I understand the restaurant loses money using the couriers, but they are more reliable than the store itself, clearly.
If I could give it a negative 5 star review, i would.Terrible service, customer service and poor quality food. Food was over cooked and on the lettuce looked like it was going badI would recommend not to spend your money here unless you wanted be treated poorly and get poor quality food
The chicken was so over cooked it was a dark brown colour. The twisters I ordered the lady said 4 minutes for the strips to be ready, took nearly 20 minutes. Also the tables were dirty. AVOID THIS LOCATION if possible!
This location closes at 12:00 as per their app and google.. So i was there in the drive-thru at 11:15 after my work to grab dinner and the employees said they closed the kitchen. Seriously approximately one hour before. Too bad…. some people dont want to work at KFC i think. Not recommend to anyone… please save your money… This branch need better employees and if u are closing your kitchen one hour ago or half hour ago update it on the google. Dont make fool of your customers..
