"Not a fan, the hand dipped ice cream was as soft as soft serve and was like soup in just minutes. so disappointed. This was inside the store in Gaylord. All the coolers appeared to be turned down for easy scooping. It wasn't a hot day 7/16/23 The chocolates we bought were good atleast. Through out the ice cream."

"The food was great as always! The staff went above and beyond to be accommodating. My husband dropped his wallet and a staff member wiped it off and returned it to us. I then had a fussy and hungry baby and the bathroom water was not hot enough to warm up his bottle an employee overheard me flustered and offered to get some hot water in a cup for us. We really appreciated it! We may be a hot mess today but the staff at this location was on it!"

"I visited Romulus, MI. Great service! Great food! I ordered the NY Strip dinner. So much that I went back the next day and ordered a reub for the road! "Overall, the highlight of our visit was the service. Our waitress was very friendly and quick to anticipate our large party's needs. However, the kitchen was extremely slow and when the food did arrive is was nothing to write home about. The chef is very heavy handed with the salt on the steaks and the balsamic on the brussel sprouts was far too sweet while the sprouts themselves were overcooked, leaving a weird bitter sweet taste. The shrimp, pasta, calamari, and chicken dishes were all very good. I just expect the steaks at a steakhouse to be far better than what we experienced."
