Domino's Pizza - Watertown

Took forever to place order over phone then finally I get somebody to answer after calling 5-6 times to then receive half of my order. Get somebody who can actually pick phone calls and understand order!! Been like this for a year

1 star is far too many for this Domino's location. If you know you know! Not only is the food TERRIBLE, the staff is completely rude, mean, and incompetent. I think to myself my God they are working at Domino's for God's sake what should I really expect? But no this is beyond bottom of the barrel. This is purely pathetic!!! I've reached out to corporate to file service requests multiple times. And each time they've given me the number for the franchise owner, which what do you know is just the main number for the Domino's store! Lol cannot make this up if I tried. When I point this fact out to corporate they are just as perplexed as I am! This location is completely filthy and disgusting. Even if their food was made correctly and tasty, which it isn't and has never been, the grossness of this location alone would turn me off enough to never return! I have traveled all over the world and country for work and when I tell you that this location is seriously the worst of the entire United States, I say this sincerely!! They barely wear gloves and get this... when they do, they leave them on and use the same gloves to take payment then continue to cook. Seriously so f ing vile! I've seen them without gloves rub their noses then continue touching pizza and other food items being transferred into boxes..... I could go on and on. I will never re visit this store! I will go out of my way to NEVER and will inform all strangers that no manager or owner has ever taken any accountability or made any of my past orders right that were incorrect/made wrong. Nobody rectified any issues, yet they lied and told corporate that they had. Huge discrepancy. Not only are they nasty with their attitudes here but they are shady and dishonest too. If you care about sanitary conditions, and being treated with the most basic human decency, and eating something remotely appetizing, steer clear of this location and go to the other location up the road! Operated by a different franchise owner with integrity! Worth the 3 minutes extra in the car! TRUST. ME.

I order from here a lot and the delivery is very fast and the people delivering it are very nice. But, I've seen their chicken before and it looks kind of sad.. but I like all their other food so I give it a 4 stars.

They have a couple of four-person tables inside the store. Staff are nice. I wanted my Hawaiian pizza to be square cut but they did round cut.
