"I don't want to say overhyped, but that is really how it went down. Coworker said he had some of the best bbq he has had in a long time. I am always told that i don't know what real bbq is because im from michigan. So maybe this was real, and it just isnt for me. However.... I called ahead for a pick up for my roommate and I. We both ordered a 4 meat meal $28/each). I got brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and andouille sausage. I had them cover it in spicy sause. But ordered a cup of everything else on the side. Sauces: Spicy asian: very gelatinous, red pepper, just wasnt very good or appetizing. I dipped some pork into it, one time and tossed it. Horseradish: its creamed which is good, wasnt overwhelmingly spicy. Ate it with brisket. Pretty decent. Honey mustard: not much to ever complain about, you know what it is. The meats: Pulled pork was pretty good, moist, but i didnt taste any smoke or any flavor from the bbq. Lacked seasoning. Ribs: i must have gotten the end of the rack, because they were burnt an inedible. Andouille: i liked it, but my roommate said it was cheap and they took a shortcut. Brisket: this was the best part of the plate, if i did ever end up going back i would just order brisket only. I also ordered a jalapeno stuffed pepper appetizer. They were maybe 2 inches in length, and half an inch in width. Just didnt seem worth the price. I think all in all, i had my expectations much higher and was just underwhelmed."
