Five Guys - Watford

The food at this restaurant is consistently amazing. However, I'm not a fan of the atmosphere. The design is too plain and reminds me of being in a subway bathroom with all the red and white tiles. I think they could benefit from a more modern and futuristic style. While I understand that this design is part of their signature look, it's important to keep things fresh and evolve with the times. Other customers seem to share my sentiments.

The service at this restaurant is top-notch, Mannprit and Kevin went above and beyond with their exceptional and friendly service.

We ordered online to skip queues. However when my husband went in to restaurant and waited at the online counter, he was ignored for 15 mins! This is beyond a joke. No staff thought to ask him if they could help him. Not even a busy a time . They carried on serving others in normal queue. What is the point of your online service? The app also states that you skip queues. Either educate train your staff or remove this false claim asap.

Our Visit Tuesday night at your uxbridge branch were not disappointed.considering restaurant was about to close, atmosphere and staff angagement were just excellent. The best chips ever I eat. well worth the money their high- quality. definitely raise 5 starts

Visited this branch today and was pleasantly surprised to to find 2 genuinely nice team members. They were helpful and friendly. It is always nice to get service with a smile. Thank you Khalid and Marc (I’m guessing with the spelling of names here! Firstly got my order right and secondly it bang on time no waiting. You are both a credit to Five Guys and your team. Let’s not forget the food… as always it was bang on. I can’t resist a salted caramel milkshake and a burger yum!!
