Please do not be fooled by the outside of the place. Although admittedly the front looks quite grotty, the food they serve is lovely. The only complaint would be the time of the delivery, The estimated time of an hour went past and it was another 40 minutes before they arrived. When I called to enquire as to the whereabouts of the food they just said they were busy. Fair enough but wouldn't it be good customer servic... View all feedback.
What KARENP105 doesn't like about Slowboat:
We waited over two hours for our order to be delivered. I phoned and complained and they said it was on the way. After 2 and 1/2 hours it still had not arrived, so we went to the shop. The order had not even been cooked and they were really rude and dismissive. Also they were still taking orders despite knowing that they could not fulfil orders. Disgusting. Avoid.
