I have been travelling down from Lancaster in the North West of England on a regular basis and had discovered the Southern Cross about 3/4 weeks ago. Since finding it I have been there four times, in the last three weeks. I cannot fault this place at all. The place is a little gem of a find. What Resort17065847868 doesn't like about Southern Cross:
Start of by saying the staff were brilliant the pub and food were also good, but the room!! No heating, No hot water and the room is in need of repairs!! Paid £81 for one night and feel ripped-off. Wont be back until rooms have a makeover, shocked as we have never had a problem with Greenking pubs before. View all feedback.

You can park your car directly in front of the Southern Cross in Watford on their own company property, and there is free WiFi. Sporting events are broadcast on the TV / the screen.
