The overall experience was fine and the staff were very nice but everything seemed to move very slowly. Perhaps it was a busy evening as the staff did seem quite stressed, which is understandable. The location is comfortable and the food is pleasant (although unsure about the boneless wings but that's a personal preference). After we tried several brunches, we decided to give one away to this one. for the price we paid was also the choice of cocktails a big plus. the food was good as usual, but the service of chris was exceptional, he made our day. Thank you Christ! we will come back.
Good customer service level food drink up to the expected standard of TGI Fridays. Had a pretty special dish this time round… loved it!
Nicola was the best waitress. She was ever so understanding and accomodationg for our table. We came as a group of 6 and had such a great time because of her. I do wish I had been sober enough to give her tip. She deserves it. Thank you so much Nicola. The drinks were also amazing. They were made to perfection. Delicious!
Spacious with second level sitting. The staff that served us is friendly and accommodating. The food was good. I got the chicken with sesame from the appetizer section then I ordered fries too. The portions of the food are good. I was satisfied with the quality of food they served and it tasted good too. Sorry I didn't have pictures
