"During August (20 Aug 2019) I went to meet my friends at this venue and after a long day at work I was exhausted and I was struggling to park my car so suddenly the security guard offered to help me to park the car...and I was so touched my action. The moment I entered the place the customer service was brilliant specially the way they greeted the customers and helping in the customer in placing the order. Kudos to Anjuka and Nadil for their excellent customer service. I was well impressed and satisfied by their customer service. plus now they have reduced the plastic use which is a plus point to go there too. Only thing is compare to other coffee shops they are over priced and they have very limited tea options since Sri Lanka is famous for Tea I wish they consider adding more Tea options to the menu."

"How fabulous is The Gallery Cafe and agree with all the rave reviews. Second or third time and the food is excellent along with the whole style of the place with the design and Bawa connection. The staff were very efficient and no complaints there. However the property needs a maitre d' a single leading person greeting diners and reflecting the special quality of the place. No one took on this role today and the welcome and interaction was quite limited. All staff wearing masks doesn't help and no complaint about the masks, wise in these times. It does limit interaction with the guests. Otherwuse it was all great."
